Meet Sunny short for Sunflower Sunshine.

Sunny is a beautiful, soft, gentle soul. She has come a long way, and every day she's improving. Sunny is believed to be now 4 years young. Rescued from an abandoned hearing situation. Feral fearful once today social sweet and willing to interact and share the love.

Sunny is a nanny. A nurturer. Playful and confident but in a timid way. She's okay. She is quiet and eager to please in silence. She gets along perfectly with every human and animal. She is amazing with kids. She thrives with nurturing. She's happy to coexist and extremely grateful for everything and everyone. This girl is all rainbows, butterflies, and unicorns. Her gentle soul feeds positivity. She comforts all. Sunny is playful and active, and I trust her 1000% with everyone. Sunny has been a model good canine citizen with all age and size breed dogs, cats, and kittens, kids of all ages, and senior adults who require a little more of a gentle friend.
Sunny is an easy dog to own. A simple dog to please. And the most amazing loving girl you will ever know. Give her the time needed to warm up. Allow her the space to settle in and find comfort, and you will have an amazing, sweet, happy, nurturing pup.
Sunny is house and crate-trained. Not destructive. Playful social and easily pleased. She fits in anywhere. She thrives with love and nurturing. She very food-motivated. She loves daily walks and enjoys a nice fence in the yard, especially for endless sunbathing. She is composed, disciplined, and quiet. She is the perfect angel. Sunny is a food toy and praise-motivated. She makes a great city and apartment living dog. Sunny does need at least 1 more dog in the home to feel comfortable. One that will comfort and lead a balanced pack.

Sunny is house and crate-trained. Walks great on a leash. Her recall is okay and improving.

All Adoptions Include:
• Spayed/Neutered
• Rabies Vaccination: 1 or 3 years.
• All Age Appropriate Core Vaccinations Including Lepto & Corona. 1 or 3 years.
• Heartworm tested Negative.
•Receive monthly Heartworm, Flea, and Tick Prevention.
• Lyme Disease Tested Negative.
• Dewormed and Fecal tested Negative.
• All testing completed within 6 -12 months.
•All age-appropriate needs (blood work, dental, testing, and meds)
• Lifetime Microchip Registration includes free unlimited updates.
•Feed a quality protein diet

Adoption Processing:
•Adoption application review can take up to 3 weeks.
• A minimum of 2 Meet & Greets are required before adopting.
•A home check needs to take place.
• Out-of-state adopters are welcome at the adopter's expense.
• We Do NOT ship any of our adoptable pets.
• Adoption fees are paid at the time of adoption
•No exchange or request for money is required before adoption.
•No payment plans.

AHRS Former Adopter:
• No adoption fee is required; a donation of choice is expected, encouraged, welcome, and appreciated.

Training is an ongoing process that needs to be worked on daily. New issues and opportunities arise daily that have to be addressed and or rewarded. Continued training is a purity setting them up for success.
