Meet Stu Lou Who
Meet Stu Lou Who!
This small breed terrier mix puppy is 13 weeks old and a total sweetheart!
Stu Lou Who currently weighs 6 pounds and at best guess will weigh around 20-25 pounds fully grown (Stu’s mom weighed 23 pounds) Stu Lou entered our rescue when he was 1 week old and we rescued his mom and 9 other siblings from under a shed and gave his mom a safe space to finish raising her 10 babies.
Stu Lou Who is a typical small breed puppy - Sassy, Silly, and Sweet. He can usually be found “investigating” all the things and reporting his findings back to his foster mom. He is joyful and sweet and perfect for someone who loves to laugh at puppy antics. When he is done playing, he loves to tuck himself into a big fluffy dog bed and blanket to take a long nap.
He is working hard on house training in his foster home, but like all small breed puppies, he has a small bladder and currently is only able to go without potty breaks for 2-3 hours during the day and 5 hours overnight. He is doggie door trained and 95% housetrained with good structure.
His deal home will have someone ready to continue a consistent routine/structure with house training and learning manners. Puppy training is a time consuming process that requires patience, and his perfect home will understand that he needs consistency, structure, and training and be able to put that time in while she is young.

Wresting/Running with his siblings
Exploring outside/“stealing” leaves and sticks
Puppy Treats
Hugs and Snuggles
Belly Rubs
Stu’s ideal forever home will have another playful dog or dogs and maybe even some dog savvy/older kids of his very own! He is good with other dogs big and small and good with cats. Stu Lou will not be adopted to a home without another accepting dog. Stu’s perfect home would have older children only who can interact with his small stature safely. With continued puppy training, this handsome guy is going to make a great life-long companion.
All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. The adoption fee is $200.
