Hi there! My name is Stella! I am a 4 month old Rodesian Ridgeback Mix! I don’t mind sleeping in my crate at night with a comfy bed or when my foster family isn’t home. My foster mom says I am getting to be a Big Girl because I now know how to go to the door when I have to go potty! That makes her so happy! She also taught me how to sit..I like when she gives me treats when I do. I love to play outside with my foster siblings and roll around in the grass! While it’s not my favorite, I don’t mind being outside in the rain, I know I still have to go potty outside. Just recently, I started going to baseball games…and boy do I love it! It is so much fun to see all the kids and other dogs that are at the park! Sometimes they even let me play with one of the baseballs!!! I get along well with my 3 foster siblings and love to play, but really my Favorite thing is taking naps!!! I often can't decide which dog bed I want to sleep on so I will try them all out to see which one is the most comfortable…my foster mom says I am like Goldilocks! I would love to live in a home with a family that wants to cuddle with me and give me pets. I also like living with other dogs and kids but can play independently too. I hope I can find my Furever Home soon!!!


She is considered Foster to Adopt until fully vetted at around 16 weeks of age.

She is currently in a foster home in Chicago's southwest suburbs and can be seen by appointment once an adoption application is completed and approved by the rescue. We cannot hold our dogs for any reason. Please do not apply unless you are ready to meet and welcome a new companion into the home within three days of applying.

ADOPTION FEE: $500 (includes neuter, microchip, rabies vaccine, DHPP vaccine, Heart worm test, and general wellness which includes dewormer and flea/tick prevention)
