Meet STELLA this SATURDAY, FEB. 1 from 12-3PM at the OLATHE PETSMART at 119th & Strang Line with volunteers from Heart of America Humane Society. We'll have several wonderful dogs there looking for homes!

STELLA is a super cute girl with a fun personality! She is 10 months old and she weighs 38 lbs. Stella is very friendly and still very much a puppy. She absolutely LOVES playing in the snow! And she loves toys-- she tosses them up in air when she plays! Give this girl a toy and she will be the happiest girl around. She also loves playing with other dogs! Stella loves people too. She gets so excited to go for a walk or out to play. Stella is just a sweetheart. She’s lots of fun and just waiting to share all she has with a family of her very own.
ADOPTING A PET
We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. We are also open Monday through Friday by appointment. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.
If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).
