Life before the shelter was rough, my owner had a fire and my sister and I had nowhere to go. My sister has found her forever home but I'm still searching. I had heartworm when I first got here but I have been cleared and gotten a clean bill of health! I wasn't properly socialized so I'm a little backwards but with time and patience, I'm sure I will make a great companion and bond hard with my person. A home with other k9 friends would be best, I get along great with them and they will help build my confidence. I do know how to walk on a leash but don't like going very far from my place (the shelter). A quiet home with no tiny humans would be best since I'm awkward and new things are hard for me. I've been in the shelter searching for my perfect home for some time, so if you're willing to get to know me, I'd be happy to oblige.
