The first step is to complete an adoption application via our website, www.cofas.org (click on Adoption Information, Available Dogs, Dog Adoption Application). All of our adoptable animals are in foster homes. A meeting can be arranged for approved applicants.

Once we have reviewed your application we will get back to you as soon as possible.

***We have the right to decline an application if it is not a good fit for that particular animal.

Squirrel was surrendered along with his Mom and siblings when their previous owner was not able to care for them any longer.
Squirrel was the biggest of the pups and is very sweet and energetic. He loves to follow you around and sit in your lap.

He is looking like a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix and currently about 7lbs at 12 weeks old

He is looking for a new home that does not have children under 9 years old (they scare him a bit) or large dogs.
