Meet Sputnik

Sputnik is an 8 year old terrier mix with the greatest smile we have seen, even after his dental! Sputnik is a very sweet boy and loves getting attention. He loves to be around people. He has the most precious little howl when he is sad that he is alone. He is an amazing older guy so he thoroughly enjoys his naps throughout the day. He is a low energy pup but loves to go out for walks. He also enjoys belly rubs!

Sputnik isn't a fan of small children and doesn't always act appropriately with other dogs. He will do best in a home with older children and would need to meet any future dog siblings prior to being adopted. He would be the perfect dog for a retired couple or an elderly adopter who wants a friend to curl up with them while they drink their morning coffee and read the newspaper.
