Spot is spunky and sweet all at the same time! He’s smart, fun and energetic.
Spot is a happy go lucky guy who wags his whole body when meeting people. Everyone that’s ever met him at an event can attest to his charming behavior, he greets every person but either rolling over to ask for belly rubs or by spinning around and sitting on their feet then looking up at them for pets!
Spot is a fun and energetic boy who loves to be with people. He does not need tons of exercise, but a daily walk is appreciated! He is very playful with other dogs too! He’s smart and trainable. He knows “sit” and “wait”. He has learned to wait to go for his food bowl until he hears “ok”. The same thing before going out the front door. He knows “leave it”. We are working on “down” and “drop it” as when he has a toy, he really doesn’t want to let it go, but that’s a work in progress!
Spot is house and crate trained! He doesn’t go in his crate much though in his foster home. He usually sleeps in bed. Spot loves to look out the window during the day if he’s not sleeping. He loves hard chew toys. Belly rubs are his favorite thing ever! When he watches TV with his foster momma, he literally wraps his leg around her to cuddle up! He can be very cuddly! Spot is also leaning how to play fetch.
Spot is not a barker. The only time you’ll hear him bark is if he’s kept away from his people or the other dogs. He’s very social! Another fun fact about Spot is he doesn’t beg for food. His foster can eat and he won’t try to get near them.
Spot is such a charming, handsome fellow who can't wait to wiggle his way onto your couch and into your heart!
