Meet SPIKE
This beautiful and smart boy is named SPIKE. He is very sweet and gentle - in fact, he is a gentleman! He arrived at the shelter the first half of September 2024 via animal control. You would think someone was looking for this fabulous American Bully mix male dog. But, NO! He has not yet been neutered and that must be done before he can go home with you as your own. His intake weight was 64 lbs. So, he is no lightweight. Just precious. Staff has indicated that he is NOT GOOD with cats. (He is housed next to a cat condo and apparently looks at them as one of his options on the lunch menu!) He has not been tested against other dogs at the time of this posting. Serious adopters are encouraged to call the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!
