Sophie Chihuahua & Jack Russell Terrier Mix Manchester, CT

Sophie is a very smart 4 year old girl . She knows sit, paw, down and high five . She loves to play fetch and will even throw stuffed toys back to you . She is very skeptical of new people , but after a slow introduction , she warms up and is such a good girl . Her former owners said she does not like little boys and she is very skittish of fast movements , so we are looking for a an adult home or one with children over 12 . A fenced yard is a must for her . Sophie can be selective with her dog friends . She likes to be the boss , so she would do well as an only dog or with a more submissive buddy . Sophie had a torn ACL last summer that has healed and she is back to full use of her leg and she’s ready to find her forever home .

She is spayed , vaccinated , microchipped , and heartworm negative . Her adoption fee is $400.
