Meet Soleil - one of the most loving dogs I've ever met.

She was rescued from Riverside Shelter right before she was going to be euthanized. She's around 1 year old and 45 lbs. She's VERY people friendly (all ages), potty and crate trained, and walks great on a leash.

Black mouth cur's are working dogs. They need plenty of exercise everyday and some mental stimulation/structure goes a long way.

Soleil has been through months of training because she used to be reactive to other dogs on leash. Now, she doesn't react at all - she is a completely changed girl! She is so smart and does amazing with rules and being taught new things. Luckily, her trainer taught her everything, so now all her adopter will have to do is learn the basic commands from her trainer! She knows sit, place, down, stay, she walks right next to you... this girl has put in the work to make someone proud. She's been waiting for a home since December 2023 and truly deserves to find one.

Unfortunately, she can't be in a home with other animals. She can play with submissive dogs if supervised. But Soleil is more than enough to fulfill all your dog needs :) She is pure love and aims to please.
