My Story: Socks came to Pet Haven from a Southern MN animal shelter as part of an unwanted litter

Hobbies: Socks loves to wrestle with other dogs. As an only dog in the household she posseses a great mixture of playfulness and being cuddly. If she is not the only dog in the household, she becomes quite the tomboy, wanting to wrestle all day long!

Commands/Tricks: Come, Sit, Stay

Crate / Potty Trained:100% crate and potty trained


Activity Level: Medium/High Socks has the energy level that is typical in a puppy. She would love to go to a home with a family who will take her for a walk or to the dog park each day.

Fun things I do: Since 3 of my siblings also came to Pet Haven, my foster mom is confident in saying I am the smartest one of the litter! Even though I was the smallest, I ruled the roost over those boys because of my smarts! I am very treat motivated so training me is fairly easy, and I catch on quick!

Socialization/who I currently live with:I live with my foster mom and her 2 cats

My Ideal Family: I would fit in well into any family; although I would especially love someone who likes to go to dog parks or is active outside!




Socks is attending Pet Haven's medium/large dog adoption events and her adoption fee is $300 (cash or check only), which includes spay/neuter, heartworm check, current vaccinations, and microchip and registration.
Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 60-mile radius of the Twin Cities area.
