Meet Smurf

Smurf is a happy 10 year old Chow. He was left at a home after owner died. He was tied to a porch for 2 years. Family went twice a week to. give food and water. Poor Smurf was in bad shape. He has a bum leg from an old injury from being hit by a car. We think he has some slight vision problems as he can’t really see and gets scared when other dogs come up to him while on walks.

Smurf is overstimulated at the shelter but happy and does so well outside and on walks. He is house broken, mellow, not aggressive at all and a really good boy! Please continue saving him and giving him a good home. Thanks!
