Meet Smalls! Smalls came to CCHS after being removed from less-than-ideal living conditions by the authorities in September. This 9-year-old mixed breed is quite the spunky, little guy looking for a calm, loving home to settle into retirement in. Smalls is on a soft food diet as he had to get quite a few teeth pulled by our vet staff due to decay from years of neglect for his health. Smalls just needs someone with a gentle hand and a loving heart to ease his old soul. Apply for Smalls today!

The adoption fee is $150. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption. CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going.
