Meet Nick
Meet Nick, the 11-month-old Hound mix weighing in at a whopping 40 pounds!
**************August 7th Update**************
It has been a busy summer with Nick, and he has done so well! He was boarded for about a week during a summer vacation, and his report card had wonderful things to say about his time there. He loves his foster dog siblings and is extremely affectionate. He wants nothing more than to be on the couch on someone's lap. He does great on walks, and is working on sitting calming while dining outside at local Charlotte restaurants. He still gets excited when he sees other dogs and wants to say hi, and we have to remind him he's not at the dog park. He's looking more and more like he has some boxer in him every day, so we're updating his breed to reflect that.
**************April 5th Update**************
Nick has flourished in his foster home in Charlotte, NC. He's almost been there for two full weeks, and he's excelling in obedience, crate, and potty training with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. His love for toys and walks is infectious, and he's embraced interacting with both dogs and cats, even adopting a charming habit of leaning against legs like their resident feline. Above all, Nick's sweet and joyful nature radiates through every moment, making him a cherished addition to the household, eagerly awaiting his forever home.

This playful pup is currently strutting his stuff in Charlotte, North Carolina, eager to find his forever family. Nick and his sister Noel came to us from owners who were a bit surprised by puppy energy levels (who knew, right?). Now, Nick's on a mission to find a home with a fun-loving and active family who can keep up with his antics!
While Noel found her forever home, Nick is still on the lookout for his perfect match. He's a total people-lover and gets along famously with other furry friends. Get ready for endless playtime and puppy snuggles with this sweet, energetic boy!
