Meet Simone
Well hello there Simone!
Deets: Staffy / Bully mix
Her birthday is March 3rd. 2024..just a baby!!!
This gorgeous girl is a medium sized lovie and is quite pretty and knows it!
Simone tends to be a shy girl who has a bit of stranger danger. She loves those volunteers and staff that take care of her and is always up for some good pets. She'll show you her goofy side once you are friends and will greet you with a happy tail when she knows you are on your way to say "H!".
Favorite past time: Taking a suffy outdoors so she can run and flip it in the air..and then ofcourse she likes to see what's on the inside. In her opinion its the best way to spend an afternoon.
She is a smart girl who enjoys food puzzles and treat dispensers. She is treat motivated and would love it if she could live on a diet of dog biscuits. Simone does a great job of keeping her kennel clean (such a lady!) but may need some guidance in a home.
Backstory: Simone came into us as a stray from Adel and was never claimed.
Her dream home would be with a person or family who is patient and will come in for a couple of meet n greets. She is still so young but wary of people she doesn't know. We think she'll be much more comfortable in a home environment where she can relax and find a comfy spot on your couch and in your heart. A fenced yard would be great but not required.
As with all of our doggos, a meet-n-greet with all family members residing in the home including kiddos and furry family members is needed before becoming a part of your family to make sure it's a good fit. Kiddos should be 12+ since she can be nervous of the fast movements littles sometimes have. She did tell us that she doesn't remember ever meeting a cat, if there is a feline family member we'd be happy to cat test if you decide she is the one you want to give your heart to.
