Meet SIMON (Neutered!)
From another group of three puppies that arrived together, here is SIMON. He is listed as a 10 week old Lab/Terrier mix male puppy. He and his littermates arrived at the shelter at the end of June 2024. They are housed with another puppy who is bigger than they are, and who loves carousing with them in their kennel. Thanks to a partnership between UT and Cumberland County Animal Shelter, SIMON, a fun-loving angel, was neutered on Monday, August 12. As a result, he can go home the same day that he is adopted! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking your own dog collar and leash with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt SIMON. Even better, take a dog crate with you in the car. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
