Meet SHILOH
Shiloh is a lovely, easy going Australian Shepherd, who sadly lost his owner. He was well cared for and loved. Shiloh is confused about all the changes, but is a sweet-natured fellow, loves going on walks, and sticks close by you.
Social and sweet with other dogs, at least initially, but may become possessive of his people and grouchy towards others getting between him and his desired person in the home particularly, though he does take correction - he is also a tad stubborn. He is a lovely dog looking for a loving moderately active family, as he loves his walks! He may be most successful, or easy as an only dog in the home. However he is fostered with dogs and a cat - and getting along. The cat is very dog savvy and calm, doesn't run.... Shiloh is also very well housetrained, sleeps on a dog bed - goes ten hours with no problem.
Shiloh seems to be great with kids, but a bit wary around some men, So in short, he needs space and time, and may take awhile to adjust, but clearly has some things from his past coloring his comfort levels in new situations. He's a slow and steady kind of guy!
