Meet Sheldon! Sheldon was found on a dead end, dirt road where he had been left by someone who could no longer care for him. Sheldon is about 12 weeks and weighs 8lbs. Sheldon's foster mom describes him as the "best puppy ever. She says he's a puppy that will make you think "oh this puppy thing is so easy. Sheldon is great with cats, kids, other dogs, and even robot vacuums. He was unsure of them at first but has now decided he's a brave boy! Sheldon is mostly potty trained. He has a few accidents but whenever he goes outside, he will do his business. He is working on crate training and will cry when he is left alone. He would do best in a home without shared walls. Sheldon loves to snuggle in bed all night in the warm covers and he will sleep in with you. He actually has to be pulled out of bed when his foster mom wakes up at 5am to work out. Sheldon does fine with a walk everyday and then he is ready to nap. He will play with toys and other dogs but he values his beauty sleep as well. Sheldon is very good about not jumping on the foster kids he lives with, which are 2 and 5 years old. He isn't mouthy either, which is abnormal for a puppy his age. Sheldon is a true gem, and his foster mom says whichever family he ends up with, is very lucky.

Dogs from Underdog Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
Spay/Neuter
Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccinations (as age appropriate-puppy adopters may need to cover some vaccine boosters)
Heartworm Test (for dogs over 9mo)
Microchip
Deworming
Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian

Our adult dog adoption fee is $350. Our puppy (under 5 mo) is $400. Our senior dog (over 8 yrs) is $250.
