Meet SHADOW-URGENT!
Shadow is a handsome 14-month-old pit-Labrador (we are guessing ) mix who is very affectionate and eager to please. Because he has been in our shelter for approx.5 months now, he is becoming depressed.
Shadow is definitely a hugger, and even tries to hug through the kennel door. He currently weighs about 60 pounds. Due to his medium-to-high energy level and his large size, he will do best with active adopters and those with children over 12. Shadow does know some basic commands and enjoys being with people.
Adopters should be homeowners with previous pitbull experience.
Shadow has tested negative for heartworm, has been neutered, and is current on vaccinations. You will receive health records and a bag of Science Diet food upon adoption. Adoption donation $120.
The Clinton County Humane Society is a no-kill, nonprofit, volunteer-based organization. We do not receive county or government funding and depend on our adoption donations to fund the shelter. Please complete the pre-adoption questionnaire at clintoncohumanesociety.org. We will contact you via email.
