SCOTTY- Needs a foster/forever home! Terrier Mix Birmingham, MI

Handsome Scotty is a 1 1/2 yr old Terrier mix who recently joined our rescue. He was found chained in a basement. The conditions he was living in with 3 other dogs was horrendous! He is a super sweet boy who craves love!! Scotty loves to jump over things and would make a great agility dog. Would also be a great walking, running and hiking buddy! He loves to run around in the yard and play with balls. Good with other dogs after a slow intro. Unknown how he is with cats. Children 7 years old & over. HIs forever home is REQUIRED to have a totally enclosed physically fenced yard for him to safely run and play in. Scotty is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, on monthly heartworm preventative as well as crate trained. Working on potty training and doing well. Dapper playful Scotty cannot wait to find his forever family where he will be loved, spoiled and taken on great adventures!

All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs. No out of state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters. Scotty’s adoption fee is $300.
