Scarlett
Female / 45 lbs / Dutch shepherd mix / 8 months
As you know we always take in black pups because we feel so bad for them as they’re always the last to be adopted & this beauty was found as a stray in Chatham-Kent and was unclaimed. The shelter there sent her to us for a better life outside of a kennel! She came to us at 4 months old, already fixed and microchipped + vaccinated.
She’s a happy, joyful puppy who aims to please. Extremely smart & her foster loves her and has nothing but good stuff to say about her! She does pull and gets super excited on leash when she sees other dogs (no aggression) so a gentle leader or halti head collar will be ideal to start her out!
She loves a good chew; she would benefit greatly from having a doggie playmate or two! She would be ideal in a busy household with lots of hikes and outdoor adventures! Maybe even as a biking pal :) she’s seriously more beautiful than any photo could capture! Don’t hesitate to come out and meet her asap!
She’s available for foster to adopt or straight adoption.
