Sandy is a wonderful, playful pup who loves to interact with other dogs and has a moderate energy level. Rescued from the side of the road in Puerto Rico with his siblings, Sandy is ready to bring joy and love into his new home. His lovely personality and stunning green eyes are just a bonus!

Sandy has been living in a foster home in Puerto Rico, so he is fully potty trained!

Sandy flew into NJ on September 15th and is being fostered in CT! He is available for meet and greets with an approved adopter!
