Meet Sally
Personality: rambunctious, outgoing, loyal, adaptable, goofy/funny, snuggler, energetic, playful, affectionate, and smart.
Sally is a spirited pup with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure. Sally adores her humans and shows it with enthusiastic greetings and affectionate hugs. Her vibrant energy and Velcro-dog personality make her a wonderful and loyal companion.
This bright and goofy girl loves to explore her surroundings and thrives on activity. She gets along well with other dogs, especially during off-leash play, and her playful personality is contagious. While she's full of energy, Sally knows how to unwind after a day of fun. At night, she's crate-trained and settles in peacefully, dreaming of her next adventure.
Sally is a smartie, knowing words like "sit," "stay," and "heel." She is also housetrained. If you're looking for a fun-loving and affectionate pup to brighten your days, Sally is the one for you! Apply today to meet Sally.

City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue is a foster-based rescue in Washington, DC. We do not have a shelter. CDCK has a thorough adoption process to find the best possible fit for each of our dogs and cats (we do not operate under a first-come, first-served model).
Upon accepting a new cat or dog into the organization, we provide a basic vet visit that includes necessary vaccinations, disease screenings, deworming, microchips, and spay/neuter for dogs six months and older. We do not provide a comprehensive medical exam before adoption. As a result, sickness, injury, and disability may exist unbeknownst to CDCK. City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue is not responsible for payment of any vet care, including known and unknown medical conditions once a cat or dog is adopted from us.
Dog specific: Rabies, DHPP, Lepto and Bordetella vaccines. They are tested for HW, Lyme, Ehrlichia, Anaplasmosis.
Most cats and dogs will have a house-training accident in the initial days in their new home and we cannot guarantee any pet is housebroken or crate trained.
