I can’t wait to tell all of you all about it! Hello, my name is Sally and I, was rescued by Waters Edge Great Dane Rescue (WEGDR) from less than ideal circumstance. It appears that I was beaten because if something loud drops or if arms are swung too quickly next to me I tend to get scared. However, I am not scared of thunder storms. Not much else is known about my previous life before WEGDR but my life since has been amazing.

I am one big sweetheart of a dog, and it is believed that I am about three years old. My foster mom seriously thinks I am one of the sweetest dogs she has met. I can be high energy and I love to play. One of my favorite things to do is play catch and I will chase the ball forever if you would let me. I do zoomies too and when I am doing them I smile. “A smile is happiness you’ll find right under your nose.” Mr. Tom Wilson said that and he is very wise.

My foster mom likes to educate me because I am very inquisitive. She told me that I am a Velcro dog. She said that I am clingy and attached to her hip. I guess I take loyalty to a whole different level—an adorable stalker. I just want to be loved and to make you happy. I am incredibly easy to walk and will get so excited if I hear the jingle jangle of car keys because I love car rides.

I don’t quite know what to do with cats. I am not aggressive towards them, but I do think they are squirrels and have tried to put them in my mouth but in a very slow and soft manner.....so....maybe no cats? I do well with other dogs but I really like to have all the attention on me. If I don’t get my way I tend to be a little dramatic. I will lay down and huff, puff and groan but that also is pretty cute if I do say so.

I would make a great addition to any home. I live for the day, the hour, and even the moment. Can you be the family that I enjoy those moments, days, and hours with?
