Meet Ruth
Meet Ruth! This senior gal is looking for a home to rest and relax. She is currently severely overweight and we are working to shed some of it! Ruth came to us under unique circumstances. Her and another dog were found guilty of killing a cat and were deemed dangerous. Their owner has surrendered both of them to us and it is up to us to find homes for them outside the state of Virginia. While Virginia residents can adopt them, they would have to comply with dangerous dog requirements. ONCE AGAIN, this is only for killing a cat. Ruth is the BIGGEST (literally) cuddle bug, and just wants a home. She has done well with male dogs.
