?Meet Rusty?

Rusty is a 6 year old, 80lb Beagle/Shepherd mix who was recently returned to us due to a reported increase in anxiety since the addition of a small child to the home.

Rusty was originally adopted from us as a young puppy named "Brinker" and has been in the same home since then. His previous owners say that he does great with all people, cats, and dogs. He is currently in a playgroup with 3 other dogs here at our shelter! He is house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and rides well in the car (especially when he gets to ride shotgun ?). He knows how to sit, lay down, shake, and stay. His favorite things are laying on the couch, cuddling in bed, running outside, chewing on toys, and getting a lot of pets! He is a super friendly and loving dog.

Rusty is up to date on all vaccines, deworming, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and neutered! He is such a sweet boy and he is very stressed here at the shelter. He is used to living in a home, and deserves a second chance at finding a forever family!
