Just like the cookie he’s named after, Rufus(Oreo) is a classic – sweet, irresistible, and ready to bring joy to your home! But right now, Rufus(Oreo) is missing a key ingredient: a loving family to call his own.

Rufus(Oreo) is full of love, and his gentle nature makes him great with kids and other dogs. He’s the perfect combination of sweetness and loyalty, waiting for someone to finally fill the gap in his heart – just like the cream in an Oreo cookie! He’s holding on, waiting for the day he can find his forever family, and we know he’ll be the perfect “treat” for someone special.

But he needs your help to get there. While Rufus(Oreo) continues his recovery, he could use all the support he can get. Every donation helps ensure he gets the care and love he needs to put on some weight and regain his strength. Bloodwork: Testing for heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma
Deworming
Spay/Neuter
Microchipping

If the dog required any other vet treatment or surgery while in our care, this is also included in the adoption fee. All known medical information is explained to adopters prior to adoption.

All our dogs come with a leash, collar, toy and a small bag of kibble.

We put a lot of work, time, care and love into each one of these dogs. They are treated like one of our own. We are open and transparent about the dogs in our care.
