Welcome to P3 Rescue, sweet boy! Rufus just barely escaped the shelter and is now safe in a foster home. We'll be updating his bio as we get to know more about him. What we already know though is that he's one handsome big headed boy, who loves treats and scratches and does great in the car! More to come soon!
