Meet Ruby
Miss Ruby came to us from a breeding farm in PA. She has had more litters than we can only imagine in her short life. She is not looking back on that old life and is ready for her happily ever after in a home where she can rest by the air conditioner and be loved.
Would you consider fostering Miss Ruby? CHAAMP will pay for her food and medical expenses. We want her to experience family life and the joys of being a dog.
Miss Ruby is a sweet girl and would love to be a companion to children 8 years and older, to spoil her and give her attention. What better life to have in your senior years than a family to love you?
Ruby is a big girl but could lose a little bit of weight and get her body back in shape from years of neglect. She may be able to live with a male dog companion her size but no small pets of any kind.

If you are interested in ADOPTING or FOSTERING, please complete an application by cutting & pasting the following link:

Or visit ***CHAAMP.org*** to access the Adoption/Foster link and learn about the process. https://www.chaamp.org/adoption-process
Your application tells us about your lifestyle and helps us find a potential match for you and your family. We are happy to work with you. For example, if you don't have a fence, we can help find alternatives and/or a dog that will do well without a fence.
A home visit is required prior to adoption/fostering. You can visit the malamute(s) once you've completed the process. Alternatively, you may volunteer and learn how rewards-based training brings out the best in malamutes.

CHAAMP accepts applications from Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC.
ADOPTION FEES
~Senior dogs (8+ years old): $100.00
~Adult dogs (2 years up to 8): $300.00 Â
~Puppies (6 months - 2 years): $350.00

All Malamutes are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up-to-date on vaccines. Puppy fees are higher due to more vet visits and vaccines. The adoption fee helps us cover these costs.
