Meet Ruby
RAWL adopts by application process. The application can be found on the RAWL website www.rawldogs.org.
Once approved an appointment is made.
All out of state adopters must have a verifiable vet reference. RAWL does not transport dogs. All approved applicants will need to come to RAWL.

Ruby 1 to 2 year old spayed female Cattle dog. Under 40 pounds.
Ruby came to RAWL as a transfer from one of our shelter partners. One can easily see Ruby was the princess of her home. She is smart, entitled and typical of her breed...she needs a herding dog savvy owner. She is not a biter but she isn't a push over either. She is dominant with other dogs and wants to "herd" cats. On the plus side she is loyal, mostly obedient, and housebroken to death. She is not protective or aggressive. Small kids are a non starter. Kids over 12 would be fine.
