Roxie Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler Scranton, PA

Meet Roxie... a beautiful, one-year old Heeler who was recently rescued by One Life To Live from a shelter in KY. This sweetheart of a girl will soon be available for adoption, fostering or Foster-to-Adopt. Her transport date is in one week (7-20-24) and we are taking applications for her now.
Roxie is a sweet female heeler that was sadly “given as a gift” to a girlfriend that not only ended her relationship with the boy, but also with the dog. Roxie is very intelligent and is great with other dogs, cats and horses. She is well behaved around children, also. She listens to commands and will be a great addition to a family. Roxie is already spayed, current on vaccinations, recently heart-worm tested (negative) and she is current on HW preventative. Roxie recently tested positive for Lyme Disease prior to transport. She is receiving the appropriate treatment and medication will be provided. This sweet girl is a nice size. She weighs about 40 lbs. She is house trained and crate trained. All she needs is the family she deserves.
