ROSIE - playful Border Collie Carlisle, PA

Rosie is about 3-4 year old and weighs 30 pounds. Spayed female border collie, UTD on rabies and dhpp shots(NO lepto), micro-chipped, dewormed and K9 Advantix II.
Rosie is a playful border collie who loves being outside and enjoys lots of toys. She will catch balls, frisbee, and bring back to toss again. She would do excellent in agility, flyball, and frisbee, freestyle, hiking, etc. Rosie's favorite is a jolly ball to push around the yard entertaining herself. Rosie loves to sit on your lap and give kisses. She loves adventures and would love an active home.
She needs an experienced border collie home where she will get lots of attention and outside play, exercise and stimulation. Rosie is completely house-trained and has learned to walk on a leash well. She knows the basic commands with positive reinforcement. Rosie is fine being the only dog to get all the attention. She is also fine with most confident playful dogs and calm confident friendly cats. Rosie does not need or like being crated even though she will go in. She is very active, healthy young border collie who loves the jolly ball.
A home with NO small kids or grandkids. Kids over 12 years who have been around herding dogs is fine. A physical fenced yard is required (NO exception) and NO dog door. Non-smoking home is required. NO apartments, condos or city life is for Rosie. More country setting where she will blossom.
