Rosie Poodle Toledo, OH

There is never a whole lot of Rosie with this girl- a 16 pound, approx 1 year old, poodle mix. This lady hit the shelter after her owner went to jail- and DogWorks thought she was just the cutest little thing to be in doggie jail, so we helped plan her escape and now she is looking for a forever home! Rosie is crate trained, has very few/random potty accidents, has done well on leash, and is learning how to mingle with others. Rosie has done well learning how to play with other dogs in her foster home and at adoption events. She is ready to play at a moments notice! She has not met any cats or children- so it is unknown how her demeanor is with them.

Rosie is looking for a home with a fully fenced yard- she likes to play keep away and may run off/keep going without the safety of a fenced yard. Her foster says the following on her overall behavior: "Rosie is a goofball- and will shake her whole back end and bow down to get you to chase her. She loves to run and play with the other dogs, hasn't met a dog or person she doesn't like, and loves playing chase. She is goofy, busy, sweet, gentle, and a little stubborn at times."
