Meet Rosie
Hello my friends! I’m Rosie, a German Shepherd mix puppy who is 6 months old. I’m here because I want to ask you a question, are you looking for a best friend? Well today is your lucky day because I’m looking for mine too?.
Let me tell you a little bit about my journey. My sister and I were given away to a person who just tossed us in his backyard where we grew hungry, thirsty, and overall neglected. We were in that backyard, starving, rain or shine with only each other to keep company. That was until one day, a lady visited our “owner” and saw us and was immediately heartbroken at the sight of us looking as malnourished as we did. This kind lady gave us water and food and promised to find us help. She contacted a friend that helps other doggies in need and she said she could help us. Nancy, our savior, got us out of there and we were so thankful! So, fast forward to now, here we are living our best lives with our foster mommy. Our tummies are always full with delicious food and treats and we have comfy kennels filled with our favorite blankie and toys. The rescue sent us to the vet where they vaccinated and spayed me and now I’m a happy and healthy girl in search of a home.
I’m not alone anymore. I have plenty of friends to play with, because I’m always playing around with my sister Ruby and my fosters siblings since I get along well with big and small dogs. I love to run with them outside; they’re full of energy like me. I’m also good with my mommy’s friends when they visit her. Though I am a little timid at first, whenever they offer me a cookie, I can’t help but give them thousands of kisses. My favorite thing to do is sunbathe because i get to see the bright sunny days that remind me how grateful I am to be here to tell you my story.
Though I would love to stay here, my foster mommy said the world is all mine and it’s my turn to experience how beautiful it really is. Do you want to experience it with me? Do you want to be part of my blessed life and have thousands of great adventures with me? I promise that I will love you and care for you the same way you will do to me?.
