Meet Roscoe
Roscoe found himself sitting in a high intake shelter as an old guy! He was clearly neglected for a long time as his coat was matted so severely he could hardly move his legs, his nails were overgrown, and his teeth rotting out of his head. One of our amazing foster homes offered to help him, and he was taken in for a shave where he immediately became a different dog! He’s in a foster home with other dogs, cats, sheep, horses, infatuated with the tortoises, and just an overall happy guy. Roscoe loves heading out for chores and is quite an active guy! He loves to “talk” to his foster mom and will sit on his hind legs and paw at the air for attention. He would be fine as an only dog as well.
Roscoe is neutered, teeth cleaned (blood work), vaccinated, microchipped, heart worm tested, and ready for adoption.
