While Roscoe is great with older kids, he’s a little unsure around small children. He’s a gentle soul who thrives in a calm, loving environment. Unfortunately, his foster dad’s health is declining, and he’s no longer able to care for Roscoe. This loyal companion now needs a new place to call home—whether it’s a permanent home or a temporary foster.
