Rosco is a 10 to 12 month old male lab mix that is 21 inches tall and weighs 54 pounds, he is brown and white and very handsome. Rosco showed up on Winneway Road in Toppenish about three weeks ago. He is very playful with the young puppy at the house and we are unsure about cats since there is no cats there. We also do not know about children as there is none where he is at.He goes inside the house to sleep and stays on the property. He’s doing OK on a leash and did well when he came to our office (although he does pull) he does know sit and shake and wants to please. He is also house trained.
Rosco is very friendly and is working on his jumping up. Is a very happy boy and loves to greet everybody.
He is UTD on his shots and dewormed and neutered. Also had his rabies shot and Bordetella.
Rosco could use more training so that he can be the best boy.

An application must be filled out and accepted before a meet can be set up. If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time.
We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes. Therefore, meets and adoptions take place at either our office or at a place chosen by the adoption coordinator.
If a pet has 'Adoption Pending' beside its name, an adoption is imminent. Please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through.
Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
