Meet Rookie

Rookie is a 6 year old Boston terrier MIX that is as cute as can be! He came to us from a loving home and is house trained and crate trained. Rookie knows “sit, come, and shake”. He enjoys playing fetch, swimming, and going for car rides. He is a wonderful small/medium sized dog, that was very loved in his home. Rookie is going to melt your heart!! Head on in to meet and fall in love with Rookie today! Cat tested today at the shelter and did well!!!

No appointment is necessary to adopt. Our business hours are 11am - 4:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance.

If you have dogs and/or kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
