We are a foster-based rescue. You will need an appointment to meet the animal where they are being fostered, with an approved application. Home checks and vet references are required for all adopters. Please only apply if you can pass a home check.

MEET RONAN!

Ronan has a story and if dogs could talk I'm sure his story would be sadder then the one I'm about to share. He was found outside of Sunnyside tied to a road sign. Someone came along and didn't bother to help, but instead they let the dog go. Ronan walked almost 20 miles before my rescue friend picked him up.

She called me and I couldn't say no. He is a sweet, loving, lick your face off sort of dog. He loves people.

Ronan is now neutered, has never had an accident in the house and is crate trained. Ronan sleeps in his kennel every night and is kenneled when his foster parents leave the house. Ronan is fostered in a home with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind them but doesn't really interact with them either. He is more interested in his people.

Ronan is a sweet boy that has had a rough past. He deserves a family that will love and spoil him so that he never has to feel abandoned, scared or alone again. Ronan loves to snuggle on the couch and just be near his person. Ronan is smaller in size but is very strong and he does not realize it. He would love to be a lap dog and always close to you and sometimes he doesn't realize just how strong he is and will almost knock you over. For this reason we do not recommend Ronan go to a home with small children. We don't know anything about Ronan's past but for some reason he does not do well with cats and will need a home without any cats. We also believe it would be in the best interest of Ronan if there were no other animals smaller than him in the home. Ronan LOVES to chew on busy bones and nylabone chews. Ronan is a quiet dog that just wants a family to cuddly with. He is an easygoing dog that really isn't much work, he just wants a safe place to sleep with bones and treats and people that love him. Ronan will whine a little to let you know he needs to go outside but he doesn't like to go outside alone so he will resist a little once at the door. Once he is done outside he will come to the door and wait if we do not open the door immediately he will jump on the chair or the dog house so that he can see inside through the window and just stare in waiting for us to open the door. Ronan really is just a sweet lovable goof that needs to be given a chance. Ronan deserves a family of his own and any family will be luck you have him as a part of theirs.

Ronan requires a fenced yard.

Ronan is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and dewormed.

Ronan's meet and greet will be in Winlock, WA. If you would like to meet Ronan in person, you will need to be willing to travel to Winlock.

Ronan's adoption fee is $300.
