Rocky XI is an owner surrender looking for a new home.

Hi! My name is Rocky XI! I am a handsome 5.5 year old flashy brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to family dynamics that lead my family to feel that I would be better suited with another family. I also have a sister, Bertha, and we are a bonded pair that is looking for our forever home! I am described as active, friendly, and playful! I haven't had much exposure to other dogs but get along well with my mom and sister that are in my current home. I currently reside with a 2 year old but haven't had much exposure to other children outside of the home so I may be best in a home with no children. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. It takes me a little time to get used to someone but once I am, everything is fine! I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in the crate or on my dog bed with my sister. When the humans must be away, I react fine. When outside I do not jump fences/gates but I do get curious what is under the grass and will dig to find out. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, hard Kong toys, running, and playing fetch! My current owner says I am their miracle puppy after having surgery at 3 months old for a diaphragmatic hernia that was wrapped around my heart.
