Meet Rocky 4! This poor boy has had a rough start to life. Although his owner had the best intentions, life had another plan. Rocky has spent the majority of his 6 month life locked in a cage on an apartment balcony with a cat. He is now with a foster who is teaching him about potty training and a great big world. Rocky is neutered and UTD on shots, wormed, and on hw prevention. He LOVES everyone, and just needs a family that's going to love him back. Is it you?
