Rescue From TX
Rita is a 4-year-old, 50-pound German Shepherd with a heartbreaking yet all-too-common story. Unloved and unwanted, she lived on the streets, constantly giving birth to puppies. One day, she ended up in a shelter, where her puppies were taken away, and Rita was scheduled to be euthanized.
But at the very last moment, luck smiled on her, and she was given a chance to find a loving home and a happy life.
Rita is a gentle soul who gets along well with children and other dogs. She is ready to become a wonderful and devoted member of her new family.
