Meet Rita
Rita is a doll! This is the happiest girl you’ll ever meet! She’s friendly, outgoing and affectionate. She is 1-2 years old and weighs 14 lbs. She loves to go for walks. Rita is young and has lots of energy so she needs play time with her humans and/or another playful dog. She LOVES watching tv and often sits on foster dad’s lap or the couch to watch tv.
Rita has an underbite but it makes her always have a smile on her face. Her smile certainly matches her personality. We all love Rita and think she is one outstanding dog. If you’re looking for a wonderful, loving girl, Rita matches that perfectly! Please come meet her! You’ll fall in love!
If you’d like to meet Rita, the first step is to hit the START YOUR INQUIRY
button and request an adoption application.
Please allow 1-2 weeks to finish processing your application, but please know our volunteers are working hard on it. Please note that we do not hold our dogs when someone applies for it.
Rita’s adoption fee is $400 and is tax deductible.
NOTE: You must complete and submit an application and be approved to adopt prior to being able to meet our dogs. Be prepared to travel to Tulsa, OK, or Oklahoma City, OK, or the location where this dog is fostered to pick up your dog in person if your application is approved. Once you are approved, you may adopt any of our dogs that is a good fit.
We are a non-profit organization that spends our adoption fees and donations on vaccinations, surgeries, various medical tests, medicines, food and supplies needed by our dogs. Our fees do not cover the overall expenses incurred by the care of our dogs, but they do help defray the costs involved. We thank you for your support.
Please Note: We are a RESCUE, which is different from a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We always try to select the right applicant for each dog, based on the dog’s needs and try to find the best match for both dog and human.
We leave a dog’s profile online until either it has been adopted, has received several applications, or is not able to be adopted for some reason.
