Meet RIO
Meet Rio!
Rio is about 3 months old and only 11 lbs, we think she is a Mini Australian mix. We think she will get to be about 20 lbs when fully grown but that’s just a guess! She loves to play and chew on her toys and is always so gentle. She loves her food and keeps herself occupied in the backyard for ages with toys or her foster sister! Since she was found as a stray, we have no idea how she ended up on the streets, with that in mind, she had no training or experience in a home, but is learning home manners from her foster pup sisters. Her potty training is going well and we have noticed her confidence is boosted immensely from being around other dogs so we are looking for a home that has a confident resident dog who can be her sidekick! Rio still needs to complete her medical but we are accepting applications for her now!
If you are interested in Rio, please go to our website at www.aarflove.org and complete an application. We are looking for the best match for each of our dogs so we do take the time to read every application! We are all volunteers, so at this time, we are unable to reach out to every applicant but we do our best to respond to as many as possible. Rio is waiting to meet you!
