Meet Richard
Richard is on the prowl for a new walking companion!
He is an awfully cute terrier mix, about 15 pounds. He loves to go for walks, swim, and chew on toys!
Richard will come when you call him, go to his crate and he even dances for treats! He is working on getting better at sit and down.
He lives with female dogs of different sizes and does very well with them, and he does join in Playgroup.
He is a Velcro dog at heart and is looking for the right fit in a human companion.
When he first came in he was nervous and would lash out at certain things. We have been working with him on rules and boundaries and treating his Lyme disease helped a lot as well as it can cause pain responses. But getting him used to simple dog things such as collars and leashes and playing with toys nicely has turned him into a good little dog!
Richards adoption fee will cover all of the vetting we have done (neuter, vaccines, microchip, 4DX test and treatment for Lyme)
