? Super Friendly & Affectionate: Rex has a tendency to hug those he loves and thinks he’s a lap dog—just a big puppy at heart! His new family should be ready to gently remind him to take it easy when he gets too excited. ?
???? Energy Level: Rex is full of energy and will need an adopter who can give him regular exercise.
? Leash Skills: He’s a strong boy and tends to pull on the leash, so some basic leash training will go a long way.
? Backyard Fun: He also enjoys keeping himself entertained in the yard.
? Crate Training: Rex isn’t crazy about the crate, so his new family should be with the right toys to peek his interest. His new family must be prepared to work with him using patience and positive reinforcement. ??
? Only Dog: At this time, we’re recommending that Rex be the only dog in the household. While he previously lived with a puppy, he thrives best when he can focus all his love and loyalty on his humans.
