Rex German Shepherd Dog Austin, TX

Rex says hi and wants everyone to know what everyone is saying about his sweet soul. He loves to be with his humans and be able to be with his resident canine friends.

I am a normal German Shepherd who likes interaction and entertainment around my family. My foster mom tells me all the time how smart I am and how nicely I walk on a leash. I do prefer to be inside with my humans rather than alone outside where I may get bored and lonely. Did I say I enjoy my humans? I do like my doggy door and play well with the resident canines. I have been a good boy around my foster mom's 11 year old granddaughter. I like meeting new people when they visit. Not sure I would be a fan around cats though. I am current on all my vaccination, microchipped, neutered and on monthly heartworm prevention. I just want to love and be loved. I can be submissive and just want to please.

By the way...I know the word "treats" very well and learned it instantly because it is great when I get treats!

I look to my human for instruction and direction. I try very hard to be obedient, I just love helping anyway I can to please. I stay close by my foster mom
on walks and in the house, and immediately go into my crate at bedtime without being told to do so. I do love my visits to Tractor Supply.
