Remy German Shepherd Dog Phoenix, AZ

This is Remy a 5 year old Adult MALE black and red German Shepherd dog. His dad passed away leaving him and his sister homeless. We transported him and his sister from Chicago. I would like to get him re-homed to a forever family. He needs a second chance at life. I have been working with him in training. He is very sweet and loves to give kissy face. He is very smart and learns very quickly. He is a thinker and problem solver. This boy is very mild mannered but a mentally intelligent and wants to be with his people. He can be protective when he needs to be. All around good and balanced male. He is a med strong personality temperament shepherd. He can take charge when he wants to or he can be laid-back. He is very gentle and loving. He wants to be with her people. He knows basic manners Sit, stay and down. He walks on a leash very well as his dad used to walk them about 5 miles plus a week. He is very inquisitive. He is a very very good boy. He also likes to ride in the car. Does well. He would make the perfect companion dog especially for a less active couple. He loves to be in the house. He’s a house dog and a great companion. He’s very mild mannered. Hewants to love and please you. He he loves to play with his toys and enjoys playing with the other dogs here as long as they’re not too overpowering. He prefers people and maybe one other dog. He is fine with other dogs and will give them licky face kisses, she is ok with my Siamese cat and 4 lb chihuahua. He is also good with older dogs around his age or a little older. Good with cats and good kids. He is very docile and mild mannered boy. But like any German shepherd, he has guard tendencies, which equate to being protective when he needs to be with strangers. He is house broken. He is very loyal to his humans. He is being fostered by me and loves and gets along with all my big and little dogs as well as my big Siamese cat . He is good with kids. He follows me around the house and loves being near me. He loves human contact. He is just an all around great GSD. He needs to find a home with a family that will love him forever. He would make a wonderful addition to any family or person. Overall he is good with other dogs and kids and warms up easily. He is the typical German shepherd protective of his loving family and welcoming at the same time.

These dogs live to be around 10-14 years old. Are very intelligent and need a lot of stimulation. ("A German Shepherd mind is a terrible thing to waste"). They are a very loyal and loving breed. They make good companions. I, myself have four and love this breed very much. I would be happy to help you with any further information you need to know on this Breed of dog. He is neutered. Has has rabies shot and all vaccines are up-to-date. She is also micro-chipped, de fleaed and de wormed.
