Reggie Jack Russell Terrier & Beagle Mix Colchester, CT

This adorable little one year ole man is the dapper Reginald (Reggie). This handsome hunk came to us when his family was unable to provide for his needs. He was neglected and came to us very undersocialized. He continues to be nervous around unknown people, however, he was able to warm up to his foster family within a few days and he has been a happy little chap ever since. He is currently working on meeting new people in order to boost his confidence.

Reggie is tiny but mighty, with the cutest little underbite you ever did see! He is fiercely loyal to his sister and to his humans. Although he is slow to warm up to new people, once he does, he is such a snuggle buddy who will happily accept ear and tummy rubs, and he is so worth the effort! He is housetrained and tolerates being in a crate. Reggie is food and treat motivated, and if dining with other furry friends, will need supervision as he doesn't like to share his meals. He absolutely loves playing in the backyard with his human friends and especially his sister, Rosie. They frequently enjoy a vigorous game of chase, and they even have their own version of hide and seek.

We believe Reggie would do best being adopted along with his sister Rosie, although we will consider placement in a home with another friendly dog. Fully fenced yard required.
